SHIPPING POLICY
The shipping process at Christmas Tree Online Shop has been carefully and thoughtfully planned to ensure that it is convenient, fast and easy for our valuable customers!
When is an order dispatched for Shipping?
All orders placed by 2:00 pm IST, Monday-Friday, are usually shipped the same day except on a holiday.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm IST, Monday-Friday are ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the next business day. To ensure dispatch on the same day we advise you to please ensure that the payment is made in time. All other necessary details like your billing and shipping address also need to be made available.

What are the shipping charges?
Christmas Tree Online Shop ships products all over India and our shipping charges are fixed at a convenient cost of Rs.80 on all orders. In an unfortunate case of return or cancellation of the order, shipping charges applied stand to be non-refundable.
What is the estimated time of delivery?
Delivery time usually would be within 5 to 7 business days from the date of order dispatch. However, at certain locations, it may take few more days for you to receive the order. Please note that the extra days are only needed depending on the location and exceptional circumstances like holidays or extended weekends. We advise you to order well in advance to receive supplies in time.
Are there any other charges that you need to pay?
When you place an order, you receive an invoice from our end which states the final price that you need to pay. This price is all-inclusive and there are no additional charges that need to be paid by you.
How do you track your order?
Once your order is successfully dispatched from the warehouse, you receive a confirmation email on your registered mail ID providing you information about the courier service and the tracking number for your order enabling you to track your order online from the convenience of your home.
RETURN POLICY
We take special care when you order. The products that you are wanting to purchase are very premium items and used for a purpose other than the daily ones.
All our products are quality tested and certified by experts. This leaves a very low scope for quality defects. All the products are also tested for defects at the time of shipping at our warehouse and packaging facility.
However, even if you may find some issues you can return the product under the following conditions.
The goods would not be returned but will only be replaced unless.
- There is wear and tear in the product.
- Issues with colours fading.
- Issues related to rust or breakage.
- Issues related to the frame of the product, if it’s bent, tilted etc during shipping.
Special instructions:
- We request you to inform us within 24 hours if you find any issue with the product
- We only replace the product and do not give a money refund.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- It is advisable to place your order after having considered the number of days left for your event if you are ordering for your event.
- We do not accept returns for goods that are no longer required due to any reason or customer is not satisfied by the product.
Once again, our shipping days are 4-6 business working days anywhere in India, if ordered through the standard shipping option.
- You will be required to ship the return items adequately packed within 48 hours of its delivery at the return address that will be provided to you by our customer service team. Please use a reliable courier service that offers to track the shipment, as the refund/replacement can be processed only once the item is received in as-is condition.
- We will refund the amount of only those items, which we have received back to our address original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging.
- All the balloons are passed through quality testing from our end. So, No refund will be entertained on the bursting of the balloon.
